To
many who walk along Burleigh Beach, the old drain and steps are an eye
sore. For me however, I have come to accept this suburban intrusion and
still enjoy the view. As I become aware of my own imperfections that are
eyesores to others, I am glad that as God looks at me, He still enjoys
the view. This acceptance gives me strength and hope to work on my
character in the knowledge that God doesn't give up on us.
